When she finds herself starting to fall for him, Jade’s confused. There’s more to Shep than the carefree rich charmer he portrays. No way could he want a serious relationship with her…or could he?

When I received an ARC of Fair Game by Monica Murphy, I was absolutely ecstatic! I dropped everything I was doing to start this novel because the teasers and excerpts I had read beforehand were just too incredible. And boy, was I sure in for a wild ride with Shep and Jade.
These two had the type of relationship that I am a huge fan of- one with lots of witty banter and loads of sexual chemistry. You see, Shep is a an asshole and I mean a HUGE asshole, and Jade is not putting up with his crap. This leads to one very entertaining read. Especially because these two could not be any more different in so many aspects of their lives.
But Shep and Jade can not keep their hands off each-other. Their attraction is instantaneous- as much as Jade tries to deny it- and Shep is the type of guy who goes after what he wants, no matter the risk.
My only complaint about this novel is that Jade did get on my nerves more than I would have liked, but I feel like she does make up for her seemingly naïve and fickle personality.
All in all, Fair Game was a very entertaining read that was also incredibly steamy, and this new series by Monica Murphy is one that I will definitely keep up with! ❤️
