Up In Flames by Abbi Glines is the much-anticipated story of Nan Dillon- and wow, does this story set itself apart from the rest! Nan’s story is definitely one that readers will not forget and one that is not lacking in twists and turns.
I know many fans of Abbi’s stories might be hesitant to read this story just because it is NAN, aka the ultimate bitch, but please don’t let that deter you! I wouldn’t necessarily say that Nan redeems herself of all her sins, but “villains” rarely do. With that being said, I personally don’t think Nan is a villain. I think she is human. She is flawed, imperfect, angry, and she has her reasons (for the most part). I truly believe Up In Flames does an amazing job of giving readers that ‘inside look’ into Nan’s head and her actions and I really loved that.
Up In Flames is a book that will seriously surprise you and I’m really excited to hear what other people have to say about it. It is a sexy, entertaining, and and addicting read. I enjoyed this book so much and it’s definitely a stand-out book for Abbi! If you’re a fan of this series, I suggest you pick up Nan’s book ASAP and expect the unexpected!!
