Exposed by Brighton Walsh is the latest romantic suspense you’ll be dying to add to your shelf.
When strong-willed and mysterious Evie is once again pulled into a life she ran from a long time ago, by none other than her ex-boyfriend Riley, well- you know sparks are going to fly and things are bound to catch fire. Evie has more than a few secrets but her headstrong personality won’t give up a thing and definitely won’t succumb to any of Riley’s questions and/or demands.
However, Evie’s incredibly strong (both physically and mentally) personality wasn’t the only thing that completely won me over in this book. I also fell absolutely in love with Riley. He’s both an Alpha male, without being too overbearing, and I found this combination to be PERFECT. He knows when not to push Evie and when to let her take control and that was not inly incredibly sexy of him, but incredibly sweet. These two have chemistry that’s so obviously you’ll feel it while you’re reading and their banter and the way they seem to butt heads is not only entertaining, but also incredibly hot.
Exposed had me guessing with every chapter and even when I thought I had Evie completely figured out, she would reveal something about herself that took me by surprise. I loved all the twist and turns, and all the drama and suspense of Exposed and I’m so glad we got to see more of Ghost and Madison, (Captive), in this sequel.
This series has been such an enjoyable ride for me and I really hope we get to see more from Brighton with this series and its characters (hint hint: I’d love to read Aaron’s story very soon 😉 )
So if you enjoy a strong as hell female lead who does what she wants and an Alpha male who just wants to keep his girl safe, Exposed is definitely the next book you should be reading.
